Okay some guy and his family are either moving in or moving out. I come into the garage coming back in from my work's storage unit and then he follows me to my spot and tells me to give him my remote and that he will drop it off at my suite (meaning Apartment). I don't know this guy from Adam. It cost $30 to get one of these remotes and would take weeks to replace if he didn't bring it back or if he lost it or if he broke it. Not to mention as soon as my boss calls and tells me that it's time to go I need to leave or when lightbane_v1 wakes up I am taking him to work. There is no way I can give up the garage door opener.

Okay hopefully I can mange to survive today. It's been a very long week with no end in sight. There is soo much that needs to be done within the next few hours I can only hope that I will be able to manage to pull everything together in time.

WTF

How do I owe the Federal Government over $1000 when I currently have 0 claims which means that the maximum is supposed to be taken out of each pay check. This is rediculous.

Sorry I haven't been around the last 3-5 months (I think that's how long I've been aflj). I've been working through being depressed. No need to worry or feel sad for me or anything I am getting much better but I wanted to let you all know. This may or may not sound strange but "Twilight" is what has helped me most get better. My Boss dragged me to the movies to go see it. I then became so obsessed that I bought the novels and as soon as they arrived I started reading them. Since then I have been reading and re-reading them over and over again. I found this to be oddly theraputic. Perhaps it's because the novels appeal to the thirteen year old girl in me. A time when I was last the happy child I had once been. The child that didn't care what other people thought about her. (Of course the fact that it's about vampires I am sure has nothing to do with why I liked the books :) )

At anyrate I should be back on LJ more often soon enough. I am really sorry that I am really behind on my FLIST I just haven't been and am still not ready to get back to it but I am getting close to being more healthy. Hopefully I'll be posting more often and starting to read my flist again. Though with School (YAY!!) I may not have much time.

With the holidays approaching I was getting depressed given all of the commercial pressure to buy presents for everyone I know (and those that know me know that I am really bad about that sort of thing when there is a scheduled time to do so). However I was on youtube yesterday and reslized that I can't wait for Christmas. You know why?

Dr Who Christmas Special!!!!

Yay.

1) I got to the polling place this morning...Yay!!

2) Once I complete the 428 midterm project I will be done with midterms (why is it that my 1 unit class has a midterm that is taking me over 5 days to complete while I had no trouble with my other three midterms for my 4 unit classes?)

3)Off to try and meet with my professor to get some help. I need to finish this project tonight because I need to start working on the new HW assignments. Though on a whole I am enjoying school. (Just not this project).

And that is all the news fit to print. Hope you are all doing well.

Sometimes I scare myself.

I'm a Hellsing fan. As such I play him in Milliways. Milliways being an RPG on livejournal. Well I posted him and in a thread last night I had threaded that his door was appearing and disappearing before his eyes. This is not usual behavior for the door to Milliways. What frightens me is that I threaded this before getting to the end of the most recent volume. As it turns out I have a canon reason for this to be happening. Seriously this really freaked me out.

And now back to your regularly scheduled program.

This past weekend I was dog sitting at my mom's place because she and my stepfather were out of town. On saturday night I went to pick up my boyfriend and brought Cleo with me. She was tired given that it was 11pm at night and she is used to going to bed at 8-9pm with my mom and stepfather. She was up because she has abandonment issues and so didn't want to fall asleep while I was still awake. So she finially went to sleep with me at about 1am.

After I woke up I took her for a walk and fed her. She was sooo adorable. So tired from the late night she had almost no energy which is very unusual for her. This was even when she met up with some of the other dogs in the neighborhood.

Cut for Length )

On a very happy note: yesterday was the last day of me taking my meds so my system should return to normal. WHOOT

If you can go see it, do.

And, it's totally worth your time to sit through the credits.

That is the end of the post because this is a Spoiler Free Zone.

Can't I skip today and go straight to tommorrow?...please!

I start off the day by getting rear-ended which of course means that my insurance rates are going to go up again, plus I have a $500 deductible. Granted that is much better then the $1000 deductible that I had before but still it's a lot. Fortunately, no one was hurt. I think. Now I must get back to work. I have a mass of e-mails to send out.

Today I was late for work because I had a Doctors Appointment. It wasn't anything major, just a physical exam followed by some bloodwork. Because I haven't had a physical in a very long time.

My sister was kind enough to join me for the appointments. This was really kind because she took time off of work to help me with something I am very uncomfortable with doctors offices. So that was really nice of her.

And now I go back to work and lurking.

HELP!!

I am coming up on Amanda's 1 year Anniversary and as such it is time for Amanda to become immortal. The question is, how to go about it.

1) Just send her home and when she comes back she'll be immortal. (which seems sort of boring)

2) do some sort of plot where she will be killed and in so doing realize her immortality. (Don't know what I could do for this one.)

There is a show on CBS called 'The Big Bang Theory'. I think it's making fun of stereotypes but I think it's really funny. Perhaps because I am a total nerd. They even told a really bad joke and I actually found it funny.

[Unknown site tag] Theres this Farmer that has these chickens but they won't lay any eggs so he calls a physicsist to help and the physicsist does some caluclations. He says, "I have a solutions but...it only works on spherical chickens in vacuum."

And I absolutely love their opening theme. I f I knew how to put it in an audio file I could link here, and if I knew whether that was legal or not I totally would to share the goodness.

I Am A: True Neutral Human Druid/Wizard (1st/1st Level)

Ability Scores:

Strength-11

Dexterity-11

Constitution-10

Intelligence-13

Wisdom-11

Charisma-9

Alignment:
True Neutral A true neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. He doesn't feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most true neutral characters exhibit a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil after all, he would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. Still, he's not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. Some true neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. True neutral is the best alignment you can be because it means you act naturally, without prejudice or compulsion. However, true neutral can be a dangerous alignment because it represents apathy, indifference, and a lack of conviction.

Race:
Humans are the most adaptable of the common races. Short generations and a penchant for migration and conquest have made them physically diverse as well. Humans are often unorthodox in their dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes, tattoos, and the like.

Primary Class:
Druids gain power not by ruling nature but by being at one with it. They hate the unnatural, including aberrations or undead, and destroy them where possible. Druids receive divine spells from nature, not the gods, and can gain an array of powers as they gain experience, including the ability to take the shapes of animals. The weapons and armor of a druid are restricted by their traditional oaths, not simply training. A druid's Wisdom score should be high, as this determines the maximum spell level that they can cast.

Secondary Class:
Wizards are arcane spellcasters who depend on intensive study to create their magic. To wizards, magic is not a talent but a difficult, rewarding art. When they are prepared for battle, wizards can use their spells to devastating effect. When caught by surprise, they are vulnerable. The wizard's strength is her spells, everything else is secondary. She learns new spells as she experiments and grows in experience, and she can also learn them from other wizards. In addition, over time a wizard learns to manipulate her spells so they go farther, work better, or are improved in some other way. A wizard can call a familiar- a small, magical, animal companion that serves her. With a high Intelligence, wizards are capable of casting very high levels of spells.
